We are NO LONGER taking our mill portable
Portable Saw Mill Services
The heart of Logs To Heirlooms is our Wood-Mizer LT40 HD portable saw mill. We have operated the mill since August 2004. Our trained sawyers know how to get the most board feet and the best quality out of every log they mill.
Have Saw Mill BUT Will NOT Travel!
You can bring your logs to us, but no longer take the saw mill to the logs. If you provide on-site preparation to stage the logs and you provide at least 2 people to handle the cuttings during the milling process then we will entertain milling your logs on site. But we have to be limited to setting up the mill and sawing only. We can provide a free quote or estimate for this 'sawing only' service if you like.
If you are interested in a quote or estimate for milling logs at our location, or for sawyer service only, please contact us. It is helpful if you can send pictures of the site, the logs, possible sawing location, etc. It also helps if we know your purpose for the lumber or timbers we mill. That way we can provide the best advice regarding how to cut each log to maximize value and usefulness. We will cover all this in any discussion we have regarding your job.
